You will receive a tracking link in the Shipping Confirmation email when your order is shipped out.
* If you cannot track your parcel with the tracking numbers, please try again after a few hours as the carrier needs time to active it. If you still cannot track the parcel, please contact our Customer Service.

1. All returns should be sent by courier.
2. Returns and refunds must be enacted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
3. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on SALE ITEMS.
4. To process returns/exchanges please email info@littledot.gr and make sure you include your order number in the email subject (Banking details will be emailed to you).
5. Exchanges can be made in-store but if you are returning the item and you would like a refund, the refund would have to be processed the same way payment was made for the item/s.
6. Only once we receive the product that is being returned/exchanged will we process the refund/exchange. All goods must be undamaged/unworn with all the relevant packaging and tags still intact on the item – Any items that are returned and shows signs of wear, is not in the relevant packaging or does not have the tags intact will NOT BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED.
7. If an item is sent to you in the wrong style, size or colourway we will process a return/exchange free of charge.
8. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 working days by law.

The present Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions“) apply to all sales of products made to you (the “Customer“) in the countries listed on the checkout page of the website www.littledot.gr (the “Site“). This Terms and Conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions or any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer. Every product order placed on the Site, presupposes the prior consultation and the acceptance by the Customer of the Terms and Conditions.
To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, all quotes or proposals are without engagement and without any obligation on littledot part. Any order made by the Customer via the Site shall always be confirmed by e-mail. The sales agreement is only entered into after littledot has confirmed the order placed via e-mail.
The price of the products the Customer orders on the Site is the price that is displayed on the Site at the time the Customer confirms the order as mentioned in the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer.
The tariffs and calculation of the forwarding charges can be consulted at https://www.littledot.gr/useful-links/#returns. All other applicable taxes, duties, levies or charges arising between the moment of the order of the product and the moment of delivery shall be borne by the Customer.
Once the sale has been confirmed and shipped by littledot, we will send the Customer an invoice upon delivery.
The payment modalities we accept are mentioned on the Site. Payments must be made in Euros and only by using the accepted payment modalities. The bank account of the Customer will be debited from the next working day (or up to 2 to 5 working days depending on the Customer’s bank) following the order.
In order to secure the communication between our visitors and our website, like usernames, passwords, your name, address etc, we use an ssl certificate.
All payments made using the card are processed through electronic payment platforms and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). The risk of loss, theft and whole or partial destruction of the products will be transferred to the Customer as soon as the product is delivered. The ownership of the products shall not pass to the Customer and full legal and beneficial ownership of the products shall remain with littledot unless and until littledot has received payment in full for the products, including all secondary costs due such as forwarding charges, interest, charges, expenses and other costs.
By ordering products on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she is an adult aged 18 or over or that he/she has obtained the explicit consent of his/her parents/legal guardians in case he/she has not yet reached the age of 18.
Little dot shall not be liable for any indirect damages (including but not limited to loss of time, emotional damage, reputational damage, loss of revenue, loss of profit or loss of an opportunity).
All complaints must be notified through our contact form within seven (7) business days as from the delivery of the products. If the complaint is found to be justified, little dot’s liability shall be limited to the reparation of or the exchanging of the delivered products.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude little dots’s liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or physical harm.
